Neil stepped in after I was let down mid project and got everything over the line very quickly. He kept me updated all the way and was very responsive when I contacted him. Chased others involved in the project to get info required and resolved my planning and building warrant issues. Delighted with his work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Neil handled the drawings for our full downstairs remodelling and new extension, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, he was incredibly attentive, taking the time to explore all ideas and options with me and my wife. Working with Neil has been an extremely positive experience. From our first meeting I instantly felt relaxed with Neil and also confident that he was giving the best advice. He guided me through the process from initial drawings, through to planning application to receiving the building warrant. When we changed the plan quite significantly, it was absolutely no bother to Neil and he worked to draw up the new plan. Having never worked with an architect before, I didn’t really know what to expect but Neil has been nothing but professional and supportive (and very responsive to emails!!) throughout the whole process. Without a doubt, I would recommend him. Impeccable service and I felt like a valued and prioritised client throughout. Thank you Neil!

We recently used Neil on a Victorian build renovation project in St Andrews. Neil is very knowledgeable in all areas, and was very easy to work with. He knew the do’s and don’ts, and can’s and cannot’s on building regulations and planning, and made the whole planning process very straight forward. He is very efficient and timely, and he also built a good working relationship with our builder. I can not recommend Neil enough, and would definitely use him again on any future projects.

Working with Neil was a pleasure from the beginning to end of our large renovation project. Neil proposed solutions to our design requests and worked closely with our contractor & team. His time scales were excellent, he has fantastic communication skills, does what he says he will do and is super easy to work with. Neil is passionate in his profession, very creative and we would definately use him again. Highly recommend.
